Tonya Fewell
Who is she: Tonya Fewell attended The University of Florida Levin College of Law and is currently serving as an Associate Campus Dean and Professor of Law at Strayer University in Raleigh, North Carolina. Additionally, she is a Florida Supreme Court Family Law Mediator and works closely with Praying For Our Children, a nonprofit organization designed to positively impact families and children. Tonya has risen above adversity and challenges through perseverance and it has resulted in positive outcomes.
Tonya Regards her experiences as building blocks of character and shares a message of hope and determination with everyone she encounters. Tonya has been a public speaker since a very young age conducting workshops, motivational words and key note addresses that are real, creative and intriguing to audiences of five to fifteen hundred.
Lastly, Tonya is a proud mother of three and a woman of God. Though it has been said a million times, “If I knew then what I know now, I would change…” her message charges people to take what is now known and use it to create strength, ethics, and building blocks to great character. Finally, Tonya highly regards her Spelman experience as one of the solid foundations that has shaped the woman she is today.
